Question 18 – 20

Water is a wonderful substance. Not only can it be mixed with flavors, it helps us to digest our food and to keep our body running well. Besides delivering nutrients we digested to various parts of our body, water also helps in cleansing toxins out of our body. For health nuts, drinking water replenishes our bodily water content and helps fill up our stomach so we don’t feel hungry while dieting. Many people do not think much about drinking water as it is a natural response to thirst, especially on hot weather. However this is misleading, as we lose water every minute regardless of the weather. Drinking too much may not be a good thing, while less will dehydrate our body unhealthily. The most important is to keep our water intake to a standard minimum 8 glasses of water a day in a normal day.
